Payment

Event fees must be paid in full, not less than 21 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Booking

Bookings should be made and confirmed in writing via letter, or email.

Provisional bookings made by telephone must be confirmed not less than 21 working days before the start of the event otherwise Byron Leisure Ltd reserve the right to offer these places to other clients.

All bookings are subject to acceptance.

Clothing

Although Byron Leisure Ltd provides protective clothing for each outdoor event, all participants are advised to wear suitable clothes that they do not mind getting dirty. Clients are also advised to wear suitable clothing for the nightclubs.

Cancellations and Transfers

We appreciate that occasionally difficulties will arise and result in nominated people being unable to attend a event. Late notification of cancellation or transfer causes considerable difficulties and therefore the following conditions apply when reserving a place on one of our events.

Substitution of an alternative person on the event is allowed although any additional costs incurred will be recharged. Please inform Byron in writing of any changes to the original booking immediately.

For the cancellation of a booking, or transfer to a later event, there will be only a charge of the initial booking fee, provided the request is received in writing not less than 21 working days before the start of the event, otherwise full fees remain payable.

If a booking is not cancelled or transferred and the person fails to attend, the full event fee remains payable

Accommodation

Byron Leisure Ltd have special arrangements with local hotels for those who require overnight accommodation and will be pleased to book rooms for clients. However if this accommodation is cancelled within 21 working days of the event start date, an administration charge of 50% per person will be payable.

Cancellation of events by Byron Leisure Ltd and changes to event content

Byron Leisure Ltd events are constantly updated and improved and Byron Leisure Ltd reserves the right to alter the content, timing and trainers of any event without prior notice.

Byron Leisure Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund

Events will be provided by Byron Leisure Ltd or its agents or sub-contractors.
